All our dairy products are made from milk from our own Guernsey cows. We take pride in making sure that our animals are happy and healthy.

We guarantee that there are NO antibiotics in the milk and that our cows NEVER get innoculated with hormones.

Our cheeses are made from unpasteurized milk, containing no colouring, additives or preservatives of any kind.

95% of Guernsey cows have the A2 protein in their milk, which is the same protein found in goat and human milk. We have found that many people with lactose intolerance do not have a negative reaction to our milk.
